How Get Back to Me works:

With Get Back to Me there is no browsing, sourcing, contacting and booking for guests to struggle with.

1. Prospective guests fill in a short form, stating where they want to stay along with their requirements. (Dates, number of guests, maximum price per person per night - B&B and maximum distance they are prepared to travel from the required location.)
2. The guests' booking information (but not contact details) is sent in real time by telephone voice message, e-mail, to accommodation providers that match their requirements.
3. 1.If you can take the booking, reply quickly as the enquiry will close once two providers have responded.
4. If, after 5 minutes, no businesses have responded, the guest will be asked if they wish to expand their search criteria.
5. When you respond, you will gain access to the enquirer’s details so you can contact them directly by phone or e-mail.
6. At the same time, details of the two responding business become visible on the Get Back to Me website map, for the guest to see. This gives you a 50/50 chance of the guest booking with you.
7. When you respond to an enquiry, one credit is automatically deducted from your account, but if the enquiry doesn't result in a booking, you can log on and have the credit reimbursed - so you'll only pay when you take a booking.

The great thing about Get Back to Me is that it costs nothing for businesses to register and it works on a credit system. We’ll even give you 2 credits to get you started, so you can try before you buy.

Each time you respond to an enquiry it will cost you 1 credit, but if it doesn’t result in a confirmed booking, you can log onto your account and have the credit reimbursed.
